Solution Focused therapy with Hypnotherapy. Each session will take place once a week either face to face or over zoom. We will focus on your solutions and not the problems and the therapy session will end with a relaxing hypnotherapy trance.

Each client will require different amounts of sessions, but the average is 8-12.
